DUMPLINGS
MANDALA's Dumplings can be served in a portion of either 6, 8 or 10 - all depending on how hungry you and your guests are!
Dumplings come steaming hot with a selection of fillings for your guests to choose from on the day:
• Traditional Pork & Leek Dumplings: Our take on the traditional Himalayan staple. (Contains: Gluten, Soya, Sesame)
• Signature Beef Dumplings: Our true signature dumpling! Beef marinated for over 24 hours in our own special blend. (Contains: Gluten, Soya)
• Vegan Dumplings: A delicate combination of mixed vegetables, wrapped in our naturally green spinach-blended dough. (Contains: Gluten)
Want to try a little bit of everything? We've got you - guests will have the option to 'Mix and Match' their order, creating their own truly unique combinations!
All portions are then topped with soy sauce, sesame seeds, spring onion and our homemade MANDALA chilli oil (all optional, but extremely recommended).
HIMALAYAN LUNCH BOXES
Our Himalayan Lunch Boxes are hearty rice-based dishes that keep your guests fuelled for all of the action and excitement you have planned for them. We launched these in early 2023 and since then they have become a staple at our London-based markets and events all over the country.
They also helped us scoop up the 'Dish of the Year 2024' award at the Togather Supplier Awards.
They come in two editions, which consist of the following:
• Enlighten Your Tastebuds: Our fan-favourite 24-hour marinated beef mince nestled on a bed of fluffy steamed rice, with seasonal greens for company (Contains: Gluten, Soya)
• The Nirvana Bowl: Nutritious plant-based rice bowl featuring slow-cooked chickpeas in tomato, caramelised onion and spices over fluffy steamed rice (Contains: Mustard)
Guests will also have the option to add any 3 Dumplings to their Himalayan Lunch Box.
